Resetting your screen resolution

To get the best from this site you should ensure your screen resolution is set at 1024 x 768 or higher with 16-bit colour depth or higher enabled .

  1. Click your right mouse button on the Windows background and select "Properties" from the drop down list.
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
  3. Where you see "Screen Area" (It may be called something similiar on your machine) set the resolution to "800x600" or higher (800x600 is recommended).

Resetting your color depth

  1. Click your right mouse button on the Windows background and select "Properties" from the drop down list.
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
  3. On the left of the "Screen Area" you should see a "Colors" tab. Set this tab to "Hi-color 16-bit" or Higher.
  4. Now that this has been completed select "Apply" and then select "OK" for each of the following screens.

* Some machines may not have a video card capable of these display parameters. If this is the case an upgrade should be considered.

 

Refreshing the internet content

Depending on the settings of your web browser occasionally when you reach a web site you will see unchanged or old information, to view the latest version of a page you may need to refreash or reload the content.

If you are using MS Explorer hold down the "Shift Key" then click on the "Refresh Button" on the tool bar near the top of the screen, then release the "Shift Key"

If you are using Netscape then click on the "Reload Button" on the tool bar near the top of the screen.

NOTE: All features utilsed on the auspaytv site work with Explorer version 4 and later (also most features will also work with Explorer 3.)

However, Netscape users may not be able to access some features of this site. - Text and picture scrolling, sizing of some objects, some colours, etc., are generally beyond the capabilitues of most versions of Netcape.
