45) Check that there are now 74 TV channels and 70 radio channels; if there are not:
    a) Start at step 1 again, or,
    b) See A through H under 29 - 2

Trouble shooting:
1) Audio stops. If at some stage in this procedure the audio stops, IMMEDIATELY stop and wait three (3) minutes after the last step when audio disappeared; now disconnect from the (power) mains. On repowering, the audio should be OK.
2) Non-volatile memory. For any settings including current channel and volume to be stored in non-volatile memory, the remote control should not be touched for approximately 3 minutes. That is - if the IRD is powered down at the mains a few seconds after the loading procedure is complete, all the new settings will be lost.

What you get:
You now have a "Bouquet Selection Menu." There are five different bouquets loaded as follows:
1) DTH
2) Optus
3) Austar
4) Foxtel
5) Public Bouquet

To access the Aurora channels:
1) Insert the Aurora card
2) Press the "TV" button repeatedly until "5 of 5 Public Bouquet" appears at the top of the screen
3) QUICKLY press the "OK" button
4) Select the TV or radio channel in the usual manner (all channel numbers should appear as they did originally)

To access Mediasat channels:
1) If starting from an Aurora channel select the channels as you would Aurora - they will appear after the Aurora channels on the list.
2) If on a pay-TV channel:
a) Press the "TV" button repeatedly until "5 of 5 Public Bouquet" appears on the screen
b) QUICKLY press the "OK" button
c) Select the Mediasat channel in the usual manner

To access the Foxtel/TVSN FTA channel:
1) If coming from Aurora or Mediasat:
a) Press the "TV" button repeatedly until "1 of 5 DTH" appears on the top of the screen
b) QUICKLY press the "OK" button
c) Select channel 29 (this only needs to be done one time - channel 29 will then be stored in the memory for "DTH").

To access Austar:
1) Press the "TV" button repeatedly until "3 of 5 Austar" appears
2) QUICKLY press the "OK" button
3) Insert the Austar card
4) Select the TV or radio channel desired (the channel numbers are the same as on a Pace DGT400).

ERRATA:
If the IRD is used on a channel for about 3 minutes or longer prior to changing services, it is stored in memory so that when you return to that Bouquet service, you will return to that channel.
Without the correct pay TV card, some channels can only be selected by directly keying in the channel number. On these channels (such as C7S when operating), "E43 Not allowed in this country" will appear on the screen until the correct smartcard is inserted.
The UEC 642 places ">>" next to the service which is currently selected. By repeatedly pressing the "TV" button you can check which service is selected.
